What we collect
If you contact us, we store your email, topic, message and submission time. If you join the community list, we store your email address, consent and signup time. If you request product release updates, we store your email, selected product identifiers, consent and submission time. If you request company merchandise, we also store your company, estimated quantity and the details you submit. Please do not include sensitive or client information.
Why we collect it
Community signups are for collection releases and community updates. Product interest requests are for updates about the selected designs. Company inquiries are for responding to the request. No marketing email service is connected yet, so this version records submissions but does not automatically send messages.
Local storage and hosting
Your planning bag is stored in your browser. Clear site storage to remove it. The hosting provider processes technical information to operate and secure the site. Rate limits use short-lived, hashed connection identifiers. This version has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
PrivacyAF Lab
The browser visibility demo reads browser-reported settings only after you choose to run it. Observations and plan selections remain in the page’s memory and are not sent to our application server or saved. Clearing observations or reloading removes them from the interface. Downloading a plan saves a text file on your device. Sharing copies only the Lab URL. Hosting still processes normal page requests as described above.
Payments and AI
Checkout is disabled while orders are closed. When enabled, payment entry will occur on Stripe’s hosted page. We will record payment status and order details, not raw card numbers. Grok workers are restricted to the founder studio; customer form submissions are not automatically sent to AI.
Retention and requests
Community and inquiry records are retained until you withdraw your request or the founder removes them. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Request access, correction, deletion or unsubscribe through our contact form using the email associated with your submission. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Do not send identity documents through this form. The founder reviews requests manually; automated acknowledgments and a response-time guarantee are not available.

Third-party gear links open the maker’s website. Its privacy and purchase terms apply there. Current links do not earn affiliate commissions.
